Stop endless adjustments. Fix your biomechanics and perform.

Stop endless adjustments. Fix your biomechanics and perform.

Restore your motion. Elevate your performance.

Traditional clinics want you on the table three times a week for life. We use biomechanical data and active recovery protocols to rebuild your kinetic chain. You get a transparent treatment plan with a hard end date.

We engineer your recovery with biomechanical precision.

We engineer your recovery with biomechanical precision.

🗓️ Clear Treatment End Dates

You do not belong on a treatment table forever. Every patient receives a specific timeline, usually between 6 and 12 weeks, designed to graduate you out of our clinic and back to your sport.

🏋️ Active Load Management

Passive treatments only mask symptoms. We teach you how to load your tissues correctly, building tensile strength in your tendons and ligaments so the injury stops returning.

📐 Kinetic Chain Assessments

A knee problem is rarely just a knee problem. We analyze your gait, hip mobility, and ankle dorsiflexion to find the actual mechanical failure driving your pain.

📊 Objective Progress Tracking

We measure your recovery with hard data. We track your joint angles, force output, and range of motion at every session so you know exactly how much you are improving.

🏃 Sport-Specific Rehabilitation

Returning to a 5K requires different mechanics than returning to a heavy deadlift. Your corrective movement plan mimics the exact demands of your daily life and athletic goals.

12 Weeks

Maximum Treatment Plan

We cap our recovery protocols at 90 days to ensure you graduate from our care.

Key Biomechanical Metrics

We track force output, joint mobility, tissue load capacity, and movement symmetry.

85%

Active Movement

The vast majority of your session is spent moving, not lying passively on a table.

I built Motion Therapy Pro because I was tired of seeing athletes trapped in endless cycles of passive treatment. Your body adapts to the demands placed upon it, which means motion is the only real medicine. I focus on corrective movement therapy that builds tissue resilience and fixes mechanical faults. My goal is to get you out of my clinic and back to your life within 12 weeks.

Mechanical failures we correct

Patellar Tendinopathy

We rebuild the load capacity of your patellar tendon through heavy, slow resistance protocols instead of just icing the joint.

Chronic Lumbar Compression

We restore your pelvic tilt and strengthen your deep core stabilizers to take the mechanical shear force off your lower back.

Rotator Cuff Impingement

We correct your scapular tracking and thoracic extension to open up the subacromial space and stop the pinching.

Achilles Tendinosis

We implement progressive eccentric loading to remodel the collagen fibers in your Achilles and restore your explosive push-off.

IT Band Syndrome

We stop rolling the IT band and start strengthening your gluteus medius to control femoral internal rotation during your running gait.

Plantar Fasciitis

We address the root cause by improving your ankle dorsiflexion and strengthening the intrinsic muscles of your foot arch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept walk-in adjustment appointments?

No. We do not perform quick, passive adjustments. Every session is a scheduled 45-minute block focused on active corrective movement therapy and biomechanical retraining.

How long will I need to come in for treatment?

Our treatment plans run between 6 and 12 weeks. We give you a hard end date on day one. If you are not significantly better by the end of that timeline, we refer you to a surgical specialist.

Will I be sore after my sessions?

Yes, you will experience muscle fatigue. We are actively loading your tissues to force adaptation. It feels like a targeted workout, not a spa massage.

Do I need an MRI before I start corrective movement therapy?

Rarely. Clinical movement assessments give us the functional data we need to start your recovery. If your mechanical tests indicate a severe structural tear, we order imaging immediately.

Stop masking the pain. Fix the mechanics.

Secure your 60-minute biomechanical assessment today. We will map your movement faults and build a 12-week plan to get you back to peak performance.
